About the Role
This Test Automation Lead will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of test automation solutions, managing test automation teams, and ensuring the quality and delivery of applications and infrastructure. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and develop testing strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering required, or demonstrated equivalence in work experience.

- Hands-on experience working with testing frameworks, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Carina, and/or equivalent specifically for Web applications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
