At our organization, we seek an experienced Backend Engineer to drive the development and scaling of our infrastructure and data services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create robust back-end services using Go and Python programming languages
  • Design and deploy containerized microservices utilizing Kubernetes technology
  • Optimize graph database queries and models in Neo4j
  • Develop scalable AI-powered systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations
  • Design and maintain well-documented APIs
  • Participate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planning
  • Contribute to CI/CD workflows within a cloud-native environment

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in backend development at a product-based company
  • Hands-on experience with Go, Python, and other relevant technologies
  • Programming skills with databases such as Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL, and others
  • Familiarity with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL)
  • Mastery of relevant technical certifications or degrees

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with React.js or frontend collaboration
  • Experience with CI/CD & cloud native environments
  • A mindset of ownership, speed, and high-quality delivery in a startup setting

This role demands 5+ years of experience working with SaaS products.
