Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Practitioner. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Provide training and development programs to enhance the skills of HR personnel
  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes to identify top talent
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI)
  • Experience with HR software and systems
