Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Psychology Consultants to join our team of professionals who share our passion for innovation and excellence. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on people's lives while working in a dynamic, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct online consultations (voice/video/chat) to address mental health concerns and provide compassionate support to clients.
  • Deliver counseling services for stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and lifestyle challenges, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to the highest ethical standards in your practice.
  • Update client case notes in our system following each consultation, ensuring seamless communication and efficient record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Applied) or equivalent experience.
  • RCI registration (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 0–5 years of clinical or counseling experience (entry-level candidates welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in English or regional languages (Hindi preferred).
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism in your work.
