About the Role

As a seasoned automation testing professional, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and excellence within our organization.

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in development and automation testing to join our team. With a minimum of 7+ years of professional experience, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that integrate Generative AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of end-to-end enterprise systems, including integrations, APIs, databases, and object-oriented programming principles. Proficiency in tools like pytest and Selenium is essential, while practical knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins (with experience in Helios and GitHub Actions being a plus) is highly valued.

A strong track record of delivering high-quality results and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams is crucial for this role. Additionally, prior experience in capital markets is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python and relevant libraries.
  • Identify and report defects, providing clear and concise documentation for reproduction and resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying innovative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements:

  • At least 7+ years of professional experience in development and automation testing.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Python.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and at least 1 year of experience working on projects that integrate GenAI capabilities (e.g., using OpenAI APIs).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise systems, including integrations, APIs, databases, and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Proficiency in tools like pytest and Selenium.
