Job Overview

This is a dynamic leadership role where you will oversee the entire product development process from conceptualization to implementation and launch for new and existing products related to CIBIL Rank & Commercial Credit Reports.

The successful candidate will develop revenue models and business cases to inform project prioritization, provide stakeholders with necessary data points, create go-to-market and marketing strategies to drive commercial growth, evaluate the competitive and regulatory landscape regularly, design mitigation plans, coordinate with international teams to support the global operating model, serve as a subject matter expert for DTC commercial products, identify use cases, understand the commercial landscape and MSME needs, assist in implementing the long-term DTC vision, strategy, and team priorities, including setting a 3-year plan, handle customer relationships throughout the product lifecycle, collaborate with various functions such as legal, customer support, and marketing, execute tasks required for product launch, oversee the product life cycle from production to user acceptance testing, research and implement best analytics practices to optimize productivity, foster a collaborative and innovative environment and culture within the team and across functions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be proficient in identifying and mitigating risks, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and have a deep understanding of the commercial landscape and MSME needs.
