Data Insights Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for turning insights into business value.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing website data, identifying trends, and creating reports that highlight key findings. They will also work closely with the Digital Marketing team to track the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns and evaluate the performance of process flows and website experiments.

The role requires moderate to advanced proficiency with Google Tag Manager or similar tag management solutions, as well as experience with data visualization tools like Apache Superset or Looker Studio. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in data analytics are required. Familiarity with web technologies, tracking implementations, and cloud-based data platforms is a plus.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering, reporting, or statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Apache Superset or Looker Studio
  • Familiarity with web technologies, tracking implementations, and cloud-based data platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least three years of professional experience focused on data engineering, reporting, or statistical analysis
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Understanding of database design, marketing analytics, and implementation of marketing tech
