Job Overview
Cybersecurity operations center specialists will be handling different sets of security services across the organization and will be managing the overall security posture of vulnerability management, threat scale, and incident handling process.

Active involvement in security steering discussions with management teams and provision of the overall CSOC dashboard and review of metrics within CISO functions to determine areas for improvement as a continuous process.

Key Responsibilities
- Serving as a lead throughout incident scenarios and providing subject matter expertise in cybersecurity incident response
- Conducting host-based and network forensics, log analysis, and malware triage supporting incident response
- Working closely with the rest of Corporate/Infra IT Security team to ensure all security protection measures, policies, and procedures, including general IT standards, are implemented and functioning as planned globally
- Responsible for the successful execution of incident handling procedures and direct response to security incidents
- Services monitored and delivered include, but are not limited to SIEM, IDS/IPS, Firewall, Web Content Filtering, Data Leak Prevention (DLP), Proxy, and Security Event Correlation and Reporting to appropriate Tier 2 incident handling staff or relevant sources to determine increased risk to the business
- Analyzing and identifying technical and procedural vulnerabilities, providing recommendations that enable timely remediation
- Resolving complex problems through advanced analysis and troubleshooting with minimum supervision
- Considered an expert resource in the security operational area
- Demonstrating advanced understanding of security programs, tools, and best practices
- Licensing or Certifications for Security Operations Center Manager
- List any licenses or certifications required by the position: ISO27K: ISMS, CISSP, ITIL, CISM, GSEC, SIEM, ISSEP, ISSAP, GCIA.
- Experience - 3 - 8 Years of relevant experience on leading the SOC
- Education - Graduate/Post-Graduate in Computer Science/IT
