Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of full stack developers, fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
  2. Drive the technical vision and architectural roadmap for our MERN stack platform, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
  3. Closely collaborate with product, design, and business teams to align engineering priorities with business goals and deliver impactful products.
  4. Ensure engineering best practices across code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
  5. Implement robust observability and monitoring systems to proactively identify and resolve issues in production environments.
  6. Optimize system performance and cost-efficiency in cloud infrastructure.
  7. Manage technical debt effectively, balancing long-term engineering health with short-term product needs.
  8. Recruit, onboard, and develop top engineering talent, creating growth paths for team members.
  9. Drive delivery excellence by setting clear goals, metrics, and expectations, and ensuring timely execution of projects.
  10. Advocate for secure coding practices and compliance with data protection standards.
