Key Responsibilities
  • Obtaining and maintaining regulatory approvals and licenses is crucial for our success.
  • We require a Liaison Officer to obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals, including:
  1. PCPNDT (Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques) Act approvals
  2. ART Registration (Level 1 & Level 2 Clinics)
  3. Bombay Nursing Home Registration
  4. Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances
  5. Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions
  6. Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals
  7. Pollution Control Board clearance
  8. Trade license and other relevant compliances are also within the scope of this role.
  9. Timely renewal of all licenses without lapse is essential.

Government and External Liaison
  • This role involves building and maintaining relationships with various authorities, including:
  • Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, and Urban Development Authorities.
  • Local statutory bodies, Police, and Nodal Officers for compliance and inspections.
  • ART/PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils.

Documentation and Compliance
  • Preparing, verifying, and submitting required documents for regulatory applications is a key responsibility.
  • Updated compliance registers must be maintained for each clinic location.
  • Handling audits, inspections, and queries from authorities is critical.
  • Strict adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations is mandatory.

Operational Support
  • Collaboration with the Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup is essential to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.
  • Coordination with architects, project managers, and legal teams is necessary to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in clinic design and operations.
