Job Overview

We seek a meticulous and detail-oriented D365 Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes, a profound understanding of business requirements, and proven experience with manual testing methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of D365 Sales flow to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance
  • Develop, document, and execute detailed manual test cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and testing needs
  • Identify, log, and track defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution
  • Ensure adherence to testing best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding test progress, results, and risks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Strong experience in manual testing and writing detailed test cases
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • D365 functional knowledge is a strong asset
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
