Job Summary:

Azista Industries Private Limited and Berlin Space Technologies GmBH are collaborating to create a cutting-edge production facility for small satellites. This pioneering project will be the first private scale satellite production house in India and one of the first worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance (QA):
    • Develop quality plans, procedures, and standards.
    • Participate in design reviews to ensure quality requirements are embedded.
    • Conduct audits and process evaluations across vendors and internal teams.
    • Ensure traceability and configuration control of components and documentation.
    • Support risk management and failure mode analysis.
  • Quality Control (QC):
    • Perform inspection and testing of incoming components, in-process assemblies, and final products.
    • Monitor and verify compliance with ATPs, PID, and DTRs.
    • Coordinate environmental testing and review results.
    • Investigate non-conformances and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
    • Maintain calibration and certification records of test equipment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in aerospace or space systems.
  • Familiarity with standards like ECSS, ISRO-PAS, MIL-STD-883, IPC-A-610.
  • Hands-on experience with inspection tools, test benches, and environmental chambers.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with satellite subsystems.
  • Experience with satellite Assembly & Integration QA/QC.
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering and statistical quality control.
  • Exposure to cleanroom protocols and ESD-safe handling.
  • Certification/Knowledge in Six Sigma, AS9100, or ISO 9001 is beneficial.
