  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Concept Development: Develop innovative event concepts that align with client objectives.
  • Creative Storytelling: Write compelling narratives, scripts, taglines, and promotional content to bring the concept to life.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the strategy team to create event proposals, presentations, and detailed briefs that highlight the creative vision.
  • Client Collaboration: Understand client requirements and translate their vision into creative concepts and event experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with design to ensure seamless execution of the event concept.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative formats to incorporate into event strategies.
  • Budget & Timeline Management: Align creative ideas with practical execution without compromising quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in event strategy, concept creation, and copywriting.
  • Strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to brainstorm and ideate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed event proposals and pitch decks.
  • Familiarity with the event industry and cultural landscape is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is an asset.
