We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with expertise in developing AI/ML solutions to join our engineering team.

This role involves designing and implementing algorithms and models that address real-world business challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop machine learning models that address real-world business challenges.
  • Create and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.
  • Rigorous testing and validation procedures to assess model performance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in AI/ML developing advanced solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, C++, or similar,
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex cost data and identify cost drivers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
