We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Quality Assurance Specialist to support our renewable energy projects in Wind and Solar portfolios across Pan India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project-specific quality plans, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality inspections of materials, work activities, and installations, verifying adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Monitor civil construction activities, electrical, and mechanical components installation and commissioning for wind and solar projects.
  • Perform regular quality audits at project sites, identifying gaps, documenting findings, and ensuring timely corrective actions.
  • Identify, document, and resolve non-conformities, leading root cause analyses and driving corrective actions.
  • Maintain inspection reports, checklists, test certificates, and quality records for audit compliance, providing daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to foster a quality culture within the organization.
Requirements:
  • B. Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
  • Engineers/managers with minimum 15 years of experience in site project quality roles under Civil or Mechanical domains in renewable energy projects (Solar, Wind, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control processes, QMS, and awareness of relevant ISO/IS/IEC standards
  • Hands-on experience with quality tools, problem-solving techniques, and implementing effective solutions
  • Passion for renewable energy and commitment to quality excellence
