
Customer Service Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote a positive work environment.
- Anticipate customer needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
- Provide feedback to store management on partner performance during shifts.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to store management.
- Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift to ensure operational excellence and improve partner performance.
- Exhibit a willingness and desire to share knowledge and stories with others.
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discover and respond to customer needs.
- Develop positive relationships with shift team members by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs, and concerns.
- Execute store operations during scheduled shifts. Organize opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
- Follow cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash management practices are followed by shift team members.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational tools and collaborating with store management to find new, creative, and effective methods of recognition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
