Job Title: US Recruiter - Civil Engineering & Architecture

We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work night shifts to align with US business hours.

  1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.
  2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  3. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.
  5. Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
  6. Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Prior exposure to recruiting for multiple US states and understanding of US hiring processes.
