Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation in various formats, including user guides, release notes, and API documentation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

It would be beneficial if you had:

  • Experience working with JIRA or other bug tracking tools
  • Familiarity with content management systems and metadata tagging guidelines
  • Advanced skills in influencing and persuading others, user interface design, and content modeling
