We're seeking an exceptional Product Lead who can drive our vision forward, empowering us to create next-gen ecommerce experiences for brands worldwide.

As a key member of our product team, you'll collaborate closely with developers, support staff, and leadership to ensure seamless execution of our roadmap.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the full product lifecycle – from discovery and planning to delivery, QA, and launch.

You'll craft clear PRDs and RFCs that provide context, clarity, and structured logic, ensuring everyone is aligned and focused on achieving our goals.

Breaking down complex features into manageable chunks, you'll prioritize what matters most and cut non-essential tasks, always keeping business needs top of mind.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full product lifecycle management - discovery, planning, delivery, QA, and launch
  • Developing clear PRDs and RFCs with context, clarity, and structured logic
  • Prioritization and resource allocation to align with business objectives
  • Feature breakdown and prioritization for efficient development
  • Collaboration with support and marketing teams to turn feedback into actionable features
  • Oversight of production deployments and internal communications
  • Maintaining feature quality and completeness through rigorous pre-launch reviews
  • Establishing systems for repeatability - documentation, checklists, SOPs
  • Leading regular 1:1s and standups with the product team to drive clarity and accountability

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in MERN Stack development and 1 year experience as a Team lead/Product Lead
  • Proven track record of shipping features in a B2B SaaS or Shopify app environment
  • Strong grasp of UX, usability, and feature prioritization principles
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, particularly in asynchronous and structured contexts
  • Familiarity with tools like Linear, Notion, Loom, and Click Up
  • High clarity of thought and ability to simplify complexity
  • Deep ownership mindset and commitment to follow-through
