We are seeking a creative visual communicator to join our team as a Visual Designer.

About the Role

As a Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our mission of promoting sustainable urban mobility and community engagement to life through compelling visual content. You will work closely with our communications and program teams to design materials for campaigns, events, and reports, helping to tell the story of our work in a powerful and accessible way.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Visual Communication & Branding: Develop visually appealing concepts and designs for all print and digital media, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
  • Campaign & Event Collateral: Design engaging materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage.
  • Content & Storytelling: Transform research data and reports into visually engaging infographics and charts that communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Digital & Social Media: Create dynamic content for social media platforms (static images, short animations, GIFs) to drive engagement and amplify key messages.
  • Photography & Videography: Capture and edit photos and videos from events and projects to build a rich visual library.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development.
  3. Proven experience in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences.
  4. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  5. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Fluency in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
  • Familiarity with urban mobility, road safety, or public health campaigns.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative and impactful design work.
