Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project documents, including BRDs, SDDs, test scripts, and manuals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle FCCS implementation and leadership roles.
  • 8+ successful end-to-end implementations in FCCS, demonstrating expertise in financial consolidation and close processes.
  • CA or MBA Finance qualification, combined with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and presentation tools, with confidence in communicating complex concepts.
  • Ability to travel long/short-term based on project needs, with prior onsite projects experience in GCC regions an added advantage.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in working across different cultures and time zones.
