AI Model Development Specialist

The role focuses on creating and refining AI models to improve their performance and accuracy. Your work will directly influence how these models are trained, evaluated, and refined.

This involves developing efficient code that supports AI training pipelines, generating and refining datasets, and running evals to measure model performance.

  • Develop and maintain Python code for AI model development.
  • Contribute to dataset generation and refinement efforts.
  • Run evals to measure model performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.
