Platform Engineer & Application Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Engineer/Application Support specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing production support systems, incident management, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration of production environments, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and implement effective incident management processes to minimize disruptions and maximize system uptime.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of application support principles, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.

In addition to these key responsibilities, we require candidates with hands-on experience in Service Now (incident management, change management) as well as proficiency in Linux, Mainframe, Zscaler, and SQL.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Service Now for incident management and change management
  • Proficient in Linux, Mainframe, Zscaler, and SQL
  • Event management tools like BigPanda
  • Grafana, Networking tools, and Splunk Logscale
