Japanese Language Expert Job Description

The role of a Japanese Language Expert is to provide high-quality language support to various projects and initiatives. This includes tasks such as translation, interpretation, and proofreading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely translations of documents, articles, and other written content
  • Offer expert interpretation services for meetings, conferences, and other events
  • Proofread and edit written content to ensure accuracy and consistency in tone and style
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement language strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 2-3 years of operations experience, preferably in a role related to language or international relations
  • Excellent organizational skills, process-oriented, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High degree of influencing skills across peer groups and senior levels
