Business Operations Manager Job

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is an opportunity to work as Business Operations Manager - Employee Health & Benefits.

We will count on you to:

  • Maintain accurate and timely management information systems (MIS).
  • Manage and update the EH&B central database.
  • Prepare management presentations and monthly reports.
  • Analyse Branch/Account Manager performance.
  • Provide analytical support and resolve operational issues.
  • Develop detailed budgets, business plans and forecasts.
  • Evaluate financial and business risks/opportunities.
  • Ensure sound data quality checks of all key data points.
  • Coordinate with Finance and reconcile invoices against payment received.
  • Proactively identify and fix gaps in processes.
  • Ensure compliance with defined operational procedures.

You will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders across different departments.

The ideal candidate should have strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

We expect the selected candidate to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving approach.
