Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to join our team. Your primary role will be to design, develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software implementations.

  • Validate customer data integrity across multiple systems and applications.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of complex workflows and business processes.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration and UAT testing to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues and validate resolutions.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights.
  • Strong understanding of data schema and database architecture.
  • Experience testing integrations with third-party systems.
  • Proficient in using tools for API testing, test case management and defect tracking.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
