Career Development Professional

About the Role:

The Career Development Professional will serve as a single point of contact for customers after booking, managing customer documentation, payment reminders, and updates. This individual will be responsible for following up on queries and complaints and resolving them in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and documentation.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate pending approvals and handovers, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal disruptions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
