Network Operations Expert

We're seeking a seasoned Network Operations Engineer to maintain and enhance network systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining, updating and troubleshooting complex network infrastructure, including firewalls, routing/switching protocols, VPNs, ACLs, NAT, VLAN/VTP, STP, VXLAN, Cisco SDA/ISE, Nexus Catalyst/Nexus 9000.
  • Designing and implementing secure cloud networks using Azure/AWS, encompassing NSGs, ASGs, and multi-region deployment strategies.
  • Operating and supporting load balancing systems, both internal and external.
  • Utilizing monitoring tools like SolarWinds for infrastructure visibility and provisioning.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with teams to lead operations across medium-to-high complexity issues, leveraging structured change management processes. You'll contribute to architectural decisions by analyzing potential enhancements to network hardware/software and assessing their impact on production environments.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort in customer-facing interactions and formal presentations.
