About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering group. In this role, you will work closely with a talented team to develop fully functional prototypes that showcase our advanced energy technologies. Your expertise will be crucial in specifying, designing, verifying, and debugging complex circuits for our inverters, ensuring seamless integration with our grid connection systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop new products and variants through the entire product lifecycle, from design to production.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop fully functional prototypes that demonstrate our advanced energy technologies.
  3. Specify, design, verify, and debug complex circuits for our inverters, ensuring seamless integration with our grid connection systems.
  4. Conduct Design Verification Testing (DVT) for products and subsystems, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  5. Assist product compliance engineers in achieving global certifications for our products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Specify engineering requirements, create test plans, and generate test reports to ensure accurate documentation and scientific rigor.
  7. Drive technical excellence, accurate documentation, and scientific rigor in all aspects of the role.
  8. Design support for cost reduction proposals, Failure root-cause analysis, and alternative part qualification, driving continuous improvement in our energy solutions.
  9. Passionately drive field quality improvement and cost reduction through Value Added Engineering.


What We're Looking For:
  1. B. Tech or Dual degree (IDD) in Electrical and/or Electronics or related branch from a top 07 IIT with a CGPA of 8 & Above.
  2. Preference is given to Dual (MTech) candidates.
  3. Specialization in Power Electronics, Power systems at Master's level is an added advantage.
  4. Prior experience in Power Electronics Hardware domain is highly preferable.
  5. In-depth knowledge and debugging skills in Power Electronics hardware designs and Power systems domain are essential.
  6. Familiarity with Power supply, converter, and inverter topologies is required.
  7. Good knowledge of circuit schematic, PCB layout, and simulation tools is necessary.
  8. Ability to learn quickly, strive for perfection, and adapt to a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  9. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
  10. Ability to grasp concepts and explain them effectively is essential.
