About the Job:
We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Genesys PureConnect, with a strong background in troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of Genesys PureConnect environments.
In addition, the successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, as well as expertise in SQL database or relational database skills.
