Job Title: Senior C++ Developer with Networking Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Senior C++ Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing high-performance applications.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in C++, hands-on experience with networking protocols, and exposure to automated testing for large-scale systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain test code in C++ for various Network Library features.
  • Automate testing processes using scripting languages or automation tools.
  • Perform regression QA for Networking and Web API-related areas.
  • Debug, optimize, and enhance test frameworks and libraries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, provide solutions, and ensure system stability.
  • Review existing Python-based test suites to understand current automation frameworks.
  • Document code, test plans, and QA processes for future scalability.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in C++ programming (including debugging and optimization).
  • Experience with Networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, Sockets).
  • Exposure to Web APIs (RESTful APIs, JSON, XML).
  • Hands-on experience in developing test code and automation frameworks.
  • Basic knowledge of Python for referencing existing test suites.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in PlayStation or Gaming Console environments.
  • Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Robot Framework, or custom frameworks).
  • Understanding of OS-level networking (Linux/Windows).
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
