Quality Assurance Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Test Strategies: Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality products.
  • Perform Testing Tasks: Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with developers and designers to analyze defects, identify root causes, and implement timely fixes.
  • Document QA Processes: Create and maintain test documentation to enhance QA workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Automation and Tools: Build automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, and manage testing cycles using TestRail or similar tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility of products.
  • Bug Tracking and Reporting: Use JIRA/Trello to track and report bugs, and contribute to QA process improvements and release management practices.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • QA Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a product-based company.
  • Test Management Tools: Proficiency with tools like TestRail, Zephyr, etc., and bug tracking systems like JIRA, Trello.
  • Automation Tools: Hands-on knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
  • Cloud-Based Testing Platforms: Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, etc.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Passion for Quality: Passion for product quality, continuous improvement, and learning.
