We are looking for an experienced Receivables Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in handling receivables and collections.

Job Description
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in receivables management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
  • To manage and oversee all aspects of a bank's or credit union's receivables department
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies
  • To provide excellent customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
  • To analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in receivables management
  • To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Skills Required:

  • A strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws governing the BFSI industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
