Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Course Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality courses on the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain courses in Canvas LMS, ensuring alignment with instructional design specifications.
  • Develop, format, and organize content pages, HTML pages, quizzes, assignments, and documents as per design document guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Manage course assets, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues during course setup and delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology
  • 1-4 years of working knowledge on HTML
  • Experience working on the Canvas LMS and/or CMS is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of CSS, JS, and accessibility standards for course design
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and H5P

This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
