Job Title: User Experience Designer

About the Role:

Evaluate AI-generated design projects for e-solutions, focusing on user experience and visual appeal. As a UI/UX Design Evaluator, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new design projects and select the correct device mode (Mobile/Desktop) and design mode (Standard/Experimental).
  • Generate designs and review all screenshots.
  • Provide a single holistic rating (POSITIVE or NEGATIVE) with a brief rationale based only on the screenshots.
  • Assess Visual Appeal, Coherence, Prompt Adherence, Layout & Usability, and Functionality.
  • Paste the design project URL and complete required fields (including What's expected, Reason, Comment).
  • Do not evaluate the generation process itself.
  • If generation fails, mark App Errors = Yes and capture the error text.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and design best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with design tools and software.
