The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Compliance Specialist to join our Network Governance Team in Bangalore, India. This role requires an individual with strong compliance expertise and exceptional customer service skills to support our next-generation technology platform.

Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound compliance-related calls and emails from customers.
  2. Review requests for service and verify customer eligibility according to established criteria.
  3. Monitor credit reviews on new and existing accounts and facilitate disputes when necessary.
  4. Research new accounts to ensure compliance with established criteria and regulatory requirements.
  5. Verify and validate broker and carrier authority, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in compliance regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
