Job Title: Software Development Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Automated Test Scripts: Utilize tools like Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent to create reliable test scripts.
  • Build and Enhance Test Automation Frameworks: Integrate frameworks with CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless testing.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Testing: Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms.
  • Analyze Results and Identify Bugs: Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work Closely with Product Owners: Ensure comprehensive test coverage by understanding requirements.
  • Evaluate and Improve Automation Strategies: Continuously assess and enhance automation processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automation testing.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, etc.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
