Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer who can design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Tableau development and be comfortable handling end-to-end dashboard creation, performance optimization, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of Tableau development projects from requirement gathering to deployment
  • Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau
  • Independently manage client interactions, understand business needs, and translate them into insightful visualizations
  • Connect, extract, and transform data from various sources, including SQL databases and Salesforce
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and data teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Implement best practices for Tableau development, including performance tuning and efficient data modeling

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development and dashboard design
  • Strong knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Cloud and Tableau Prep
  • Ability to work with complex datasets and SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
  • Experience in integrating Tableau with Salesforce (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills to independently manage client expectations and gather requirements
  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and performance optimization techniques
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently
