The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial operations and be experienced in implementing and supporting SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role is focused on delivering end-to-end SAP FICO solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting
  • Configure and support SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Cost of Sales Accounting
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the organization
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality solutions
  • Provide end-user training and create functional documentation to ensure successful implementation
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely support across SAP FICO functionalities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to enhance, interface, and report on SAP FICO solutions, driving continuous improvement
  • Ensure all solutions are in compliance with internal controls and financial regulations, maintaining the highest level of integrity
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Stay up-to-date on SAP FICO best practices and latest S/4HANA innovations, applying knowledge to drive business success

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge of FI and CO modules, as well as integration with other SAP modules
  • Experience with SAP configuration, testing, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
