About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Associate Configuration Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for administering configuration and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our global network, ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer service-oriented attitude, and top-notch time management abilities, with a minimum of 4-5 years of work experience as a configuration engineer.
Responsibilities
- Administer configuration and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our global network
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with internal and external systems
- Support user configuration, including assigning specific configurations and privileges to users at different permission levels
- Collaborate with the team to gather feedback, escalate issues, and implement solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of work experience as a configuration engineer
- Admin or DevOps experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service-oriented attitude and top-notch time management
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working with confidential electronic data
- PowerBI
- SQL
