Intelligent Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to bridge the gap between process automation, prompt engineering, and applied AI.

The ideal candidate will design, test, and optimize high-quality prompts to drive accuracy, reliability, and adaptability of AI models within various business use cases.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models.
  • Familiarity with Automation Anywhere (bot development, control room, IQ Bot, API integrations).
  • Proven experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents or autonomous AI workflows.
  • Proficiency with programming/scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation and agent development.

We value expertise in RPA-to-AI orchestration, including scheduling, decision-making, and exception handling. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

A strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations across enterprise environments is also required.

We encourage professionals with exposure to multi-agent frameworks and knowledge of ML pipelines, NLP models, and conversational AI to apply.
