Regenerative Medicine Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regenerative Medicine Professional to join our clinical team in Mumbai. This individual will play a key role in providing patient consultation, IV infusion oversight, emergency preparedness, and surgical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough consultations with patients, review medical histories, and ensure accurate EMR documentation.
  • Provide clear and empathetic education and counseling on IV protocols, regenerative therapies, and treatment plans.
  • Address patient queries and concerns, building trust and confidence before, during, and after treatments.
Clinical & Procedural Support:
  • Set up IV lines efficiently, ensuring pain-free insertion for every patient.
  • Oversee IV infusions and regenerative therapy administration in accordance with established protocols.
  • Support physicians in minor procedures, regenerative injectables, and surgical preparation as needed.
  • Monitor patient vitals and respond quickly in emergency situations.
Pre- & Post-Procedure Care:
  • Ensure patients are thoroughly prepared for procedures, including complete pre-treatment clearances and education.
  • Provide post-infusion guidance on hydration, medication, and activity instructions.
  • Follow up on recovery progress and ensure seamless patient handover for continuing care.
Team Collaboration & Training:
  • Work closely with nurses, therapists, and front desk staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill-upgrading sessions to maintain top-tier clinical performance.
Required Qualifications:
  • BHMS, BAMS, or MBBS degree with valid registration under the relevant council.
  • 3–7 years of clinical experience, with proven expertise in IV cannulation and exposure to ICU/critical care environments.
