Job Description

Leading a Business Process Outsourcing company, we are hiring for a Transactional Quality Manager. This role requires experience in International Voice Process and strong leadership skills.

This is a challenging position that demands a high level of maturity to handle people at all levels, including clients, stakeholders, and peers.

The ideal candidate should have a background in quality management or tenured deputy manager experience in a BPO setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous improvement for transaction quality and delivery.
  • Manage call quality & client-related KPIs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of TQ interventions.
  • Strengthen quality management processes/framework to improve quality delivery.
  • Accurately capture SLA/SLO metrics and report needs of all clients.
  • Generate and implement out-of-the-box ideas and process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive process control & compliance, and manage audit requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Ability to drive initiatives to closure.
  • Excellent communication and data handling/data interpretation skills.
  • High level of maturity to handle people at all levels.
  • Process-oriented with planning, decision-making, data handling, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and presentation skills.
