Job Overview

We seek an experienced UI/UX Designer to drive end-to-end design processes for enterprise web applications. This role offers the opportunity to grow skills in design workflows, system management, and accessibility practices while working on impactful products serving global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive design processes from research to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, accessible, and user-centric design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, efficiency, and inclusivity across products.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure design meets accessibility standards, supporting inclusive user experiences.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • A basic understanding of front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices.
