Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fitness Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our fitness center. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fitness industry, including exercise physiology and programming principles. They will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating training programs, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the fitness center, including staff supervision and program coordination.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth.
  • Supervise group exercise and personal training sessions to ensure high-quality experiences for members.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure member satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Exercise Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in fitness management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
