Job Title: AI and Machine Learning Expert

As an AI and Machine Learning Expert at Flipped, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects involving Large Language Models, agentic systems, and other innovative AI techniques. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in NLP and experience in implementing MLOps best practices.

About the Role:
  • NLP & LLM Expertise:
  • We require expertise in developing, fine-tuning, and optimizing Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-3/4, Claude) using transformer architectures.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to implement pretraining, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and task adaptation for various NLP use cases.
  • Agentic Systems Development:
  • Our team needs help designing and deploying goal-oriented agentic systems that leverage reinforcement learning (RL) or similar techniques for autonomous task management.
  • Technical Implementation:
  • You will write high-quality code in Python, utilizing ML libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Employ data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for large-scale data handling and preprocessing.
  • MLOps and Deployment:
  • Implement MLOps best practices to streamline the deployment of large models and agentic systems in production environments.
  • Use tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and MLFlow for model lifecycle management.
  • Data Management:
  • Handle large datasets and enable real-time data processing for model training and performance optimization.
  • Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable data storage and computing solutions.
  • Problem Solving and Communication:
  • Solve complex AI/ML challenges independently, employing strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Communicate technical concepts and AI-driven insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for project continuity and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks.
  • Expertise in NLP and working with Large Language Models.
  • Strong knowledge of reinforcement learning and agentic systems.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices.
Data Handling:
  • Experience managing large datasets and building data pipelines.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating complex concepts clearly.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and risks, along with the ability to resolve them efficiently.
