Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our team. As a Technical Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth installation, maintenance, and technical support of our products across customer sites in India.

This is a field-based role that requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service with frequent travel.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair our products at customer locations.
  • Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial or railway equipment.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and across India.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or railway industry preferred.
