The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include carrying out discovery calls, delivering engaging demos and proofs of concept, working closely with customers to implement and configure our solutions, and providing post-implementation support to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Carrying out discovery calls to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Delivering engaging demos and proofs of concept to showcase the value of our products.
  • Working closely with customers to implement and configure our solutions, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
  • Providing post-implementation support to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A strong understanding of data protection and backup solutions, particularly Commvault, Druva, Veeam, Veritas, and Netvault.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in pre-sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A consultative approach, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
