Job Title: Frac Operations Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Frac Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of frac operations, drilling, completions, and reservoir engineering. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from various sources, including production reports, well logs, and geological surveys.
  • Develop and maintain complex models to forecast frac performance and optimize well completion strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, product managers, and development teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in frac operations analysis, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of frac operations, drilling, completions, and reservoir engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Experience working with SaaS-based Oil & Gas platforms, including BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
