CPG Strategist

This role is designed for seasoned professionals with extensive knowledge across the consumer goods value chain, particularly in marketing, pricing, and commercial strategy. As a Lead Consumer Goods Expert, you will serve as a thought partner to clients and internal teams, bringing a strong industry lens to challenges and opportunities in revenue growth, portfolio optimization, and customer engagement.

• Serve as the industry expert across client engagements, providing strategic guidance, functional expertise, and contextual insights.
• Act as a thought partner to clients and internal teams, bringing a strong industry lens to challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with client engagement leads to shape problem statements, solution approaches, and execution strategies.
• Support multiple client engagements by providing subject matter input, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring industry relevance and strategic impact.

Key qualifications include:

• 15+ years of professional experience, with significant tenure in the consumer goods industry or in consulting roles focused on consumer goods clients.
• Deep functional knowledge across the consumer goods value chain, particularly in marketing strategy, pricing and revenue growth management, trade promotion and assortment planning, and consumer and market insights.
• Proven experience working closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, commercial, and analytics teams.
